Denise is such a rockstar! My finace' and I were purchasing our first home together in CHI and were very nervous. We were unaware of the legalities of purchasing (as we aren't from Illinois) and all of the other agents we'd worked with were pushy, trying to show us properties outside of our budget and unresponsive. Denise made us feel so comfortable and informed through the entire process. She was patient and honest about her opinions on properties (which we appreciated). Above all else, she simply listened to what we wanted and our budget and respected that. After searching through hundreds of homes for 6 months on our own, she found our dream home in 2 visits. She was even so kind as to virtually show us a home when we were out of town. I would recommend Baird and Warner and ESPECIALLY Diense to anyone. We wouldn't work with any other agent. I was very impressed with Diense and how hard she worked for my interest. She made me feel she really wanted what I wanted. We both believed the property was in very good shape and showed well. For some reason, in what is being said to be a sellers market, more difficult to sell than expected. We were not able to generate a lot of views. It took a major drop in price to receive our only bid.. I have sold all of my other properties by myself in a short period of time. .
